During training, there is no fixed uniform, but we recommend wearing our Aerial Team T-shirt to foster unity among participants. However, for competitions, there may be a need to purchase a specific cheerleading attire to ensure a cohesive and polished team appearance.

Students will learn a variety of cheerleading skills, including but not limited to stunts, jumps, tumbling, pyramid stunts, toss and dance routines. Our classes focus on building strength, coordination, and teamwork.

TUMBLING CLASS

Tumbling classes are suitable for a variety of age groups, typically starting from 5 years old and up. We offer classes for beginners, intermediates, and advanced students.

Yes, we offer dedicated tumbling classes for beginners. Our skilled instructors provide a supportive environment for those who are new to tumbling.

The duration of our tumbling classes is typically 1 hour 30 minutes, allowing ample time for skill development, practice, and individual attention. We typically start with a warm-up, stretching to enhance flexibility, skill development, targeted drills, and conclude with strength exercises.

There are no specific prerequisites for enrolling in our tumbling classes. All skill levels are welcome, and our classes are designed to accommodate participants with various levels of experience.

Our tumbling classes cover a range of skills, including but not limited to handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, and advanced techniques based on skill levels. Students will progress through a list of skills to enhance their tumbling abilities.

Yes, parents are welcome to observe the free trial class from afar at the dedicated sitting area as long as they do not disturb the class.

OPEN GYM SESSIONS

To book your spot, visit our ‘Classes’ page and click on ‘Book Now.’ Create an account, and then purchase credits to attend our open gym sessions. Each credit is 1 entry.

Our open gym sessions are most welcomed by cheerleaders. All individuals of all ages and skill levels are welcomed.

The structure is flexible, allowing participants to use our facilities for skill practice. There’s no formal coaching during open gym sessions, providing individuals the freedom to focus on their specific training goals.

While there isn’t formal coaching provided during open gym sessions, our supportive aerial community is present. Fellow participants may offer guidance, and our staff can assist with spotting if needed.

Open gym sessions are open to participants of all ages. For students below 18, parental consent is required to join. It’s important to note that while all are welcome, participants are responsible for their own safety, and we do not assume liability in this regard.

Our open gym sessions provide access to a variety of top-notch equipment, including a spring floor, 10-30 cm thick air mats, a cheese mat, a thick landing mat, and a specialized backhandspring mat.

Absolutely! Open gym sessions are designed to accommodate a diverse range of individuals, including dancers, acrobats, tumblers, and anyone else looking to utilize our facilities for skill development.

Open gym sessions are held every Monday and Wednesday nights, providing regular opportunities for participants to practice and refine their skills. Any changes or cancellations will be reflected in our schedule.
